An Evansville native, Gene started his real estate career over 30 years ago. Gene utilizes his many contacts in the community as a business owner, Integra Bank board member, and active community leader in real estate activities. Specializing in commercial properties and development, Gene is the managing developer for major projects including Eagle Plaza, an 84 acre commercial development on Evansville's west side. Gene is a licensed real estate broker for Indiana & Kentucky. Gene is a member of the Indiana National Association of Realtors, Member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Joe Kiefer

Joe joined Hahn Realty as a general partner in September, 2008. Previously, he worked with Regency Properties as its Director of Sales & Leasing. He holds his brokers license in Indiana and Kentucky and is a Certified Leasing Specialist. Joe has been involved in developing, leasing, and sales of real estate from single and multi-tenant buildings to development of a 142 acre mixed-use development. He represents clients that are real estate investors, buyers and lessees, and owners who have properties for sale or lease.
Joe holds a B.S. degree in Construction Management and Technology from Indiana State University, a Masters in Arts & Liberal Studies degree from the University of Southern Indiana and a Masters in Public Administration from Indiana State University. In addition, Joe is active in leadership roles in his community serving numerous civic and charity boards. Joe also served as an Evansville City Councilman for two terms, and is the current President of the Vanderburgh County Council. Joe is a Senior Certified Leasing Specialist, who also is a licensed real estate Associate Broker for Indiana & Kentucky. Joe is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a candidate of the CCIM Institute.

Greg is an Indiana University graduate & has lived in the Evansville area since 1977. He is a retired PGA Golf Professional. Greg is now concentrating on commercial real estate sales, leasing & development. Greg is a licensed real estate sales associate for Indiana and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Jerry A. Lamb, Jr

Jerry has been a lifelong Evansville resident with the exception of his time spent at Vanderbilt and Purdue Universities where he earned his BS degree in Construction Management and Technology. Jerry spent 15 years in the commercial construction business, ten of those years as a partner at Empire Contractors, Inc. He has been actively involved in commercial real estate since 1997, working previously as the head of commercial services for Prudential Prime Locations, Realtors. Jerry has been actively involved in the community through the years serving on many boards and committees. He was a ten year member of the Evansville Utility Board and formerly a ten year member of the Evansville Boys and Girls Club Board. Jerry has served or is currently still serving on the Boards of several local businesses.
Jerry is active in all areas of commercial real estate brokerage but specializes in new commercial development work, office buildings and industrial sales and leasing. Jerry remains close with the local building industry and has a good grasp of site development issues, construction costs, tenant improvement costs, building code issues, local zoning and drainage issues,etc. Jerry is a member if the Indiana & National Association of Realtors, and the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. He holds an Indiana Sales Associate License as well as his Evansville-Vanderburgh County Commercial Builders License.
